Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed through authorized payment partners. JYSERA Market does not store customers' card, UPI or other payment credentials on its own systems unless specifically permitted by applicable law.

4. Delivery

Products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer according to the applicable shipping terms and estimated delivery timelines.

5. Returns, Cancellation & Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable product/seller conditions.

6. Sellers & Products

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality and fulfillment of their listed products. JYSERA may remove products or suspend accounts that violate applicable laws or marketplace policies.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use JYSERA Market for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or unauthorized activities.

JYSERA's name, logo, website, content and platform features are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be used without authorization.

JYSERA Market will make reasonable efforts to maintain the platform and provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
